About Sauce.Miami

Sauce.Miami started with a simple observation: the grocery store sauce aisle is broken.

Walk down any aisle in any store and you'll see the same thing — rows of pasta sauce, rows of hot sauce, and nothing in between. No braising sauces. No slow-simmered bases. None of the sauces that home cooks around the world have been making for generations — the kind that turn a pot of rice into a real dinner.

We set out to fix that.

We find small-batch sauce makers from kitchens around the world — people who've been perfecting a single recipe for years, sometimes decades. Sauces rooted in West African, Cuban, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, Korean, and other home cooking traditions that have never made it to a shelf.

We bring those sauces to Miami and ship them directly to your door.

Every sauce we carry is a meal foundation. Not a condiment. Not a topping. Not something you drizzle. These are thick, flavor-dense, slow-cooked sauces that become a full dinner when you add rice, pasta, a protein, or a vegetable.

We're based in Miami because Miami gets it — a city built on a hundred different food traditions living side by side. That's the spirit of what we do.
