Q: What kind of sauces do you sell? We sell hearty, meal-ready simmer sauces — the kind you pour over chicken, rice, vegetables, or pasta and call it dinner. These aren't hot sauces, condiments, or marinades. Every sauce we carry is a meal foundation.
Q: Where do the sauces come from? We source from small-batch makers around the world. Each maker specializes in a specific sauce tradition — West African, Cuban, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, and more. We're always adding new makers and new flavors.
Q: Do you make the sauces yourselves? No. We're a curated marketplace. We find the best small-batch sauce makers, vet their products, and bring them to you. Every jar comes from a real kitchen with a real recipe behind it.
Q: How do I use these sauces? The short answer: just add rice. The longer answer: sear a protein, pour the sauce over it, simmer for 15–20 minutes, and serve over rice, pasta, or with bread. Each product page has specific serving suggestions.
Q: Do you deliver outside Miami? Right now we only deliver locally in Miami-Dade and Broward counties — same-day or next-day. Miami-Dade: $9.99 delivery for orders under $40, free over $40. Broward: $15 delivery for orders under $40, free over $40. We’re working on expanding — more regions coming soon.
Q: What's your return policy? We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Because these are food products, we don't accept physical returns — but if you're not happy, email joey@sauce.miami and we'll issue a refund. No hassle.
Q: How should I store the sauces? Unopened jars can be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 7–10 days. Check individual labels for specific storage instructions.
Q: Are the sauces gluten-free / vegan / allergen-friendly? It depends on the sauce. Each product page lists ingredients and dietary info. If you have specific allergy concerns, email us and we'll help you find the right sauce.
