We offer free same-day or next-day shipping in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
For the rest of the US, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders are packed in protective packaging to keep your jars safe in transit. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Orders placed before 2pm ET Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every sauce we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund. Because we sell food products, we do not accept physical returns — just reach out and we'll take care of it.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email joey@sauce.miami with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
